At ROVILAS, we strive to deliver your Smart Mug Warmer to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you will find all the details regarding our order processing, shipping timeframes, and delivery procedures.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery Time: 4 to 10 business days following dispatch.

  • Total estimated time from purchase to delivery is 5 to 12 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally experience minor delays due to high order volumes, holidays, or local customs procedures.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, we will send an email with your tracking details.

  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to register on the carrier's system after receiving your confirmation link.

4. Shipping Costs

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders unless specified otherwise at checkout during special promotions.

5. Address Changes & Accuracy

  • Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an item has been dispatched, we are unable to alter the shipping address.
